Common Questions
What kinds of projects do you take on?
I love helping small businesses and brands tell their story. Whether you’re a local shop looking for custom-etched drinkware, a brand in need of signage that makes people stop and stare, or a creative entrepreneur building a cohesive visual identity—I’m here to bring your ideas to life. I’m passionate about designing thoughtful, handmade pieces and digital assets that help you share your work with the world.
How long do custom requests take?
Like every good story, it depends on the length and the details. Smaller projects often wrap up within 2-4 weeks, but larger orders and full-scale branding projects may take a little longer. If you have a special date in mind, let me know in your request form—I’ll do everything I can to make it happen. I’ll always be transparent about the timeline and communicate throughout the process!
Can you handle larger orders for events or branded merchandise?
Yes! I love working on bulk orders for businesses, events, and special occasions. Whether you need a custom product line for your shop, branded event decor, or promotional giveaways, I’m here to help. Be sure to include the quantity, needs, and timeline in your inquiry so I can provide the best options and wholesale pricing.
Can I get a quote?
You bet! Submitting the custom work form is the first step. I’ll follow up with any necessary details and provide a quote, timeline, and project plan. There’s no commitment—you’re free to decide if you’d like to move forward. Once you approve the quote and submit payment, I start on your project!
Can I keep the design files from our project?
Yes, absolutely! Once the project is complete and payment is finalized, the design files are yours to keep. I believe in creating work that empowers you—whether that’s a logo, product design, or digital assets, I’ll package everything you need so you can use the designs however you’d like going forward.
Can I use your designs elsewhere for my brand?
Yes, you have full rights to use the designs across your brand and business! From printing them on products to sharing them online, you’re free to put them to work wherever they make the most impact. The only thing I ask is that the original designs aren’t resold as standalone templates or redistributed without permission—but for your brand, they’re yours to run wild with!
Do you showcase client work?
I love celebrating the projects I create with clients, so I may share the final work in my portfolio, on social media, or on my website. If you’d prefer to keep things private—like for an unreleased campaign or a surprise event—just let me know upfront and I’m happy to hold off on sharing.
Do you design all of your work?
Yep, most things I create are my own design work, but it really depends on the project. I also use AI tools and licensed design libraries like Adobe Stock on occasion to find the perfect design elements that fit the vision. Every project is unique, so I choose the best approach to bring it to life with the right style and details. Some projects even incorporate clients’ own artwork or personal touches (like handwritten notes or logos). Every project is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit your brand’s story.
Do you use AI?
I am using AI as a tool in my process — for sketch refinement, generating elements in my style, or getting rough visual drafts started. Think of it like a digital sketchbook that helps me explore ideas faster and with more freedom. Every final design is still shaped, edited, and curated by me — with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart.
Thoughts on AI?
AI is another tool in the toolbox — and honestly, a pretty cool one. While it’s no replacement, it’s been a fun way to experiment, spark creativity, and speed up parts of my workflow. For example, I love using sketch-to-image tools to turn rough ideas into digital first-drafts, or generating tree variations that I can pop into a scene (because trees are not my strong suit!). Like anything, it definitely has its quirks and limitations, but it’s been a fun way to push my creativity.
Do you offer branding and website design?
Yes! Alongside the handcrafted goods in my shop, I also do brand design, logo creation, social and website design for those looking to share their brand story in a meaningful way. Whether you need a full brand identity or just a small design project, I’d love to collaborate! Take a look at our services or my portfolio to see past work. If you're interested, I love to help brands create a custom line of products to sell in their own website shop!
What kind of projects do you like working on?
All of them! Seriously—I love designing brand design, merch, logos, websites, product design, and more. I’m always open to creative challenges, so send me ALL your ideas! Even projects not listed on the site.
Where do you ship?
I currently ship within the U.S. only. You can shop my work online or find me at various festivals and markets around Salt Lake City, UT, and the surrounding area! I also offer local delivery on occasion for certain items—just reach out!
What’s your availability? (**update as of spring 2025**)
Right now, I’m taking on fewer custom projects than I’d like because I’m actually back in school. Despite earning my master’s of arts in design and spending the last decade working for “big name brands” in corporate marketing, I actually dropped out of nursing school in my final semester of undergrad to pursue the creative work I do now (part of my personal lore!). But with the world shifting so much, I feel pulled back to healing and the deep empathy (and stability…) that comes with it. My long-term dream is to blend both—freelancing in design and creating projects I am inspired by while working as a nurse midwife (and becoming a mom myself!). It’s a really full circle thing for me and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
So while I’m taking on fewer projects at the moment, I’m still creating, still dreaming, and still updating the shop with meaningful pieces made just for you. And I hope to be back to taking on more custom work soon. If you have a project in mind, reach out—I’d love to see what we can make happen.
